This simple feature is one of the most useful features in AlbertCRM. It will make your life much easier and help make you more effective and more successful in your small/home business.


Basically whenever you email a contact (that's already in your AlbertCRM account), that email will get automatically logged in your AlbertCRM under that contact's "Communication Log".


It will help jog your memory when it comes time to speak to one of your prospects/customers, as a log of communications will be there right before your eyes!


Here's how it works. 


Let's say you want to email Bob using this feature:


For people who use webmail e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc..


[Step 1] 


Locate your unique AlbertCRM "BCC email" the Settings area (Settings -> System Settings)


TIP: Copy your unique AlbertCRM "BCC email", and add it to your webmail's contacts.




[Step 2]  


Compose a normal email from your webmail. 


You will have to manually insert your unique AlbertCRM BCC email. This will log the email in your AlbertCRM account under Bob's "Communication Log", WITHOUT Bob noticing anything different.



[The Result] 


Bob get's a normal email from you. 


However that email is also logged under Bob's communication log for your reference. 


This way before you speak to Bob next you can see a thread of communication and notes about him. This is incredible useful and will help you become more successful.
